SHIPPING POLICY
Our standard shipping is 3 - 5 business days to receive order after payment is cleared. Your order WILL NOT ship if the billing & shipping address does NOT match. This ensures that there is minimum to no fraud or unauthorized charges. Please allow 24-48 hrs to process all orders (weekends and holidays not included). Your tracking numbers will be sent to the email address that is on file as soon as the shipping label is printed. If you do not receive tracking number within 72 hrs of purchase please contact our support team.
All orders placed after 4PM CST are considered next business day
Packages are shipped via USPS
We do NOT ship on weekends or holidays
Due to Covid we may experience delays in shipping.
Please note that unanticipated delays may occur after being released to postal service which is out of our control. Examples are inclement weather, holiday, natural disaster, carrier delays etc.
All packages shipped requires signature confirmation
Customer must be present to sign
USPS will make several attempts to deliver package to shipping address. Carriers will leave an attempt to deliver notice with phone number and pick up location. Customer is responsible to schedule pick-up. NO REFUND will be given for abandon or refused packages.
Legit Hair Collection WILL NOT be held responsible for any lost shipment after package is sent off to post office.
Please contact USPS for further investigation. It is VERY CRITICAL to make sure your address is correct before submitting order. Include full address (including st, rd, blvd, apt #, lot #, building # or letter, correct zip code etc) as incomplete or incorrect address causes extensive delays.
